Multiple Logon Authentication Options

There are several options available for logon authentication to ensure secure access to accounts.

Triber offers three logon options, as follows: Mobile Authenticator App, Email OTP, and Remember My Device.

AWS

Triber is built on the Amazon Web Services “AWS” Cloud infrastructure. AWS is a secure and highly scalable global cloud computing platform.

AWS provides Triber with a wide range of services such as computing, storage, databases, analytics, machine learning, and more.

Document Storage

A document repository is a centralised location for storing, managing, and sharing documents.

With Triber, users are allowed to store documents for the following purposes:

1. 1. All RFQ-related documentation during the creation of a request.
   2. Document storage for buyers, segregated per group.
   3. Document storage for seller responses.

Multi Currency

Triber allows for payments in multiple currencies, including AUD, USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, and SGD.

Create Sellers

Both Operators and Buyer Users can create Sellers to submit bids for their requests, including quotations, prices, proposals, tenders, and information.

Create Buyers

The creation of buyers allows you to create users under your buyer groups. This feature is only available for Operators.

Create Buying Groups

The creation of a buyer groups feature allows you to segment your buyers for more effective management and interaction within the platform.

This feature is only available for operators. Meanwhile, the Buyer Users can create the Buyers they service. All RFQs are issued on behalf of a Buyer and stored separately for each Buyer. Triber provides documentation storage attached to Buyers so that Buyers documentation can be stored prior to issuing RFQs.

Create Procurement Request

Easily create your request in just a few minutes. You may also add supporting information and attach additional documents if applicable. Here are the types of requests you can make:

Labour Hire: Ideal for on-demand staffing needs. Source skilled workers for short-term projects or to cover temporary gaps in your workforce.

Permanent Hire: Ideal for building a long-term, dedicated team. Find and hire professionals to join your organisation on a permanent basis.

Goods & Services: Ideal for procuring various products and services. Streamline your purchasing process for both physical goods and service-related needs.

Publish Request

Simplify the distribution of your requests using our “Publish Request” feature. With a single click, effortlessly share your request with one or multiple sellers, eliminating the need for individual emails.

This streamlined process not only saves you time but also enhances efficiency, providing a more seamless experience.

Manage Response Centrally

Efficiently oversee and coordinate responses in one central location. Triber allows you to manage and track responses from various sources, providing a centralised hub for streamlined monitoring, analysis, and effective decision-making. Simplify your response management process with ease and effectiveness.

Update Sellers with Status

Streamline the process of updating seller statuses with ease. In just a few minutes, you can efficiently manage and communicate changes in status, ensuring your seller information is always current and accurate.

Cost Breakdown Structure

A cost breakdown structure (CBS) is a hierarchical representation of the costs. It breaks down the costs into smaller, more manageable components to help with budgeting and forecasting. This allows for more accurate tracking and monitoring of costs throughout the project or product lifecycle.

The CBS is an essential tool for project managers and accountants to ensure that the project remains within budget and to identify areas where cost savings can be made. This is applicable for Goods& Services RFQ only.

Edit/ Close & Delete Requests

This feature empowers you to make changes to your requests in just a few steps, and your sellers will receive immediate notifications without the hassle of individually emailing them. Streamline your request management process with ease.

Alerts via Chat and Email

Every change you make to your request will notify your sellers. If there’s a specific concern, users can utilise the chat feature at the request level, triggering a notification to the recipient through the notification bell button.

Chat Feature

Operators, buyers, and sellers have the ability to communicate peer-to- peer:

1. 1. Operators to each other.
   2. Buyers to members of their Buyers Group
   3. Sellers between the Seller’s Triber Users

Each message includes the sender’s name, along with a date and time stamp for context. All messages will be retained and cannot be deleted.

Marketplace Dashboard

Triber’s Marketplace Dashboard is the Buyer’s and Seller’s control room.

At a glance Buyers can see all of their current activity and the progress of supplier’s responses. Buyers can purchase products and/or services from their sellers with all communications and documents stored in our secure environment.

Sellers can see all of their current activity, any buyer updates to documents or tender status in real time. Alerts are sent via email to prompt sellers to review updates.

Triber’s Marketplace Dashboard is a valuable tool for both buyers and sellers looking to streamline their purchasing and selling processes.

Compliance Dashboard

Sellers have the ability to upload/edit documents in the Compliance Dashboard with document expiration.

Email notifications are sent when Sellers create or edit documents, and notifications of document expiry are sent to both Operators and Sellers who uploaded the documents.

Data Extracts (CSV)

All users can extract data from any dashboard and with GraphQL, users can request specific data they need, and the server responds with only that data, eliminating over- fetching or under-fetching of information. This allows for more efficient data retrieval and better flexibility in handling different requirements.

Private Branding

For additional customisation of the Triber platform, users have the option to change the logo of their marketplace.

This logo will appear on the marketplace in the left-hand menu panel, during the login process, and in all email notifications.
