Severity Definitions

1. A Technical or Services wide issue restricting all clients from accessing or performing functions on their respective marketplaces. This includes Severe Degradation of Performance to the service which makes it functionally unusable and could lead to financial loss or reputational damage.

2. Typically, an isolated Technical or Service issue that is impacting or has the potential to significantly impact on Multiple Marketplaces. The problem has a direct impact on the service operation and could lead to financial loss or reputational damage.

3. Typically, an isolated Technical or Service issue that has a limited and non-critical impact on Tribers Production Environment and / or a work around is in place. The problem has little or no impact on the service operation but is considered important.

4. Typically, an isolated Technical or Service issue that has zero to minimal impact on Triber's business, or has a sustainable work around in place
